This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for orders placed during our pre-order phase for SEBES fitness apparel. We are currently accepting pre-orders for our exciting upcoming collection.

Pre-Order & Order Processing Time

  • Pre-Order Confirmation: All pre-orders are confirmed immediately upon successful payment. Your payment will be charged at the time of purchase to secure your item from the limited first batch.
  • Stock Availability: Your pre-ordered items will be dispatched once our stock becomes available. We will provide regular updates via email regarding the production and estimated arrival of your order at our warehouse.
  • Processing After Stock Arrival: Once stock arrives, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will then receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Local Shipping (Singapore)

  • Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping for all pre-orders within Singapore.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your pre-order has been processed and shipped (after stock becomes available), it is estimated to arrive within 2-4 business days.
  • Carrier: Local deliveries are typically handled by our trusted courier partners.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping for pre-orders to Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

  • Shipping Costs: International shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your pre-order has been processed and shipped (after stock becomes available), international delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs processes. Estimates are:
    • Malaysia: 3-7 business days
    • Indonesia: 5-10 business days
    • Vietnam: 5-12 business days
    • Philippines: 7-14 business days

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that for international orders, you may be subject to import duties, customs tariffs, and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. SEBES is not responsible for these charges. They are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's specific customs policies before placing your order.
  • Tracking: All international orders will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch.

Pre-Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order has been dispatched. Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

Shipping Issues: Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at official.sebes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and the packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
  • Lost or Delayed Orders: If you haven't received your order within 7 business days for Singapore local deliveries, or within 20 business days for international deliveries, of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at official.sebes@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
